Le Tour du Mont-Blanc (TMB) est une grande boucle de randonnée d'environ 164 km autour du massif du Mont-Blanc, à travers la France, l'Italie et la Suisse. L'un des treks les plus réputés des Alpes, il enchaîne de nombreux cols d'altitude (jusqu'à 2 534 m) pour près de 11 000 m de dénivelé positif cumulé, entre vallées, alpages et vues sur les glaciers.
